SUMMARY IN ENGLISH

The house (formerly a farm) is located inside the ancient village Le Casset (altitude: 1500 m), Community Monêtier-les-Bains (Hautes-Alpes), 1 km from the national road Briançon-Grenoble, without any difficulty of access in winter. Access to ski-lifts at 2 km (Serre Chevalier 1500). Minibus service to the ski resort twice a day in both directions. Access to cross-country tracks at 50 m. The ambiance of the village is quiet and traditional.

The flat to be rented, rated *** (luxe) by the "Office for Tourism", is arranged within the former hay-lofts, in a high quality and elegant mountain style. It consists of:

- entrance

- living-room (45 m2) including living corner, dining corner, kitchen corner, bar. Two French windows with southern exposition (view on the "Agneaux" mountain and Le Casset glaciar, and on the fields and the cross-country tracks as well), one of which with a small balcony, One western window (view on the church).

- bedroom 1 (15 m2): one double bed (200x160 cm), easily transformable into two single beds (200x80 cm), one commode. Shower room with wash-bowl attached to this bed-room. Northern window with view on l'Oulle mountain.

- bedroom 2 (15 m2): one single bed (190 x 80 cm), 2 bunk-beds (190 x 80 cm). Small wardrobe. Northern window (view idem)

-bedroom 3 (8 m2): two bunk-beds (190x80 cm), one commode. Western window on the street.

- shower-room with wash-bowl and W-C

- W-C with wash-bowl and washing machine

- store-room

The flat includes 7 beds. One children's bed (2-3 years maximum) may be provided on request. Groups of more than 7 persons (adults et children more than 3 years old) are not accepted.

Total living surface: 110 m2 (plus large landing with ping-pong table).

Main equipment: cooking stove (electric+gas), microwave stove, fridge 300 l, dishwasher, washing machine, phone and TV sets, DVD player, etc.

Final cleaning is provided.

Are not provided:
Cleaning during the sojourn, house and table linen, towels (they may be rented in a shop in Monêtier-les-Bains).

During the 2008-09 season, prices range from 540 € to 1200€/week, according to the calendar period and sojourn duration.
